Lebeaux House

We are looking for an old farmhouse which could pass as the 1930s.

This house will be the heart and centerpiece of the film; a character of its own.
We will be shooting late May, early June 2026

We need to lock down locations soon so act fast!

Needs

-nice porch

-be located in a rural area (large trees)

-relatively unchanged interior. No major remodels or modern updates

-Must have electricity

-Should have a front porch, three bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room. (The script can also be rewritten based on the constraints of the house).
